I also manage 5 new construction sites in a variety of price ranges. As an expert, I understand living space, lot size, condition, the way the house sits on the lot, amenities, landscaping, craftsmanship, building techniques and the overall ‘feel’ of a particular house. All of these factors are what create value and make a house a home.
