We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent- Assistant in our Cranberry Township office and multiple new construction sites in Butler County. Weekday, weekend and evening hours are required.
The ideal candidate will be a sharp, aggressive, self motivated, muti-tasking individual. This position requires complete attention to detail.
Minimum responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answer general questions about our organization and our new construction site. - Real Estate Sales at a new construction community.
- Weekly follow up calls and emails on home showings.
- Check email, mail, databases and distribute messages.
- Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing project materials.
- Upload and edit photos to post in MLS and other websites.
- Creating and emailing newsletters to clients and agents.
- Excellent communication skills.
Minimum Skills include but are not limited to:
Real Estate License is required. - Excellent computer skills.
- Must be flexible.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be willing to learn the business of real estate from initial client contact to closing the sale.
- Must have a social networking profile.
Must be able to effectively communicate with all clientele. Our clients are a priority and are treated like a million dollars no matter what price range they are in.
